 5.1.When contacting us (via contact form or e-mail), the information provided by the user will be processed for the purpose of handling the contact request and its processing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. 

 5.2 If you transmit an inquiry or the like by e-mail or via a contact form, i.e. contact us, the personal data transmitted by the data subject will be stored automatically. This is done on a voluntary basis. Such personal data transmitted on a voluntary basis by a data subject to the controller will be stored for the purposes of processing or contacting the data subject. There is no disclosure of this personal data to third parties. 

 5.3 We delete the requests if they are no longer necessary. We review the necessity every two years. In the case of legal archiving obligations, the deletion takes place after their expiry (end of commercial law (6 years) and tax law (10 years) retention obligation). 

 5.4 This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the inquiries you send to us as site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

In order to protect your requests submitted via internet forms, we use the reCAPTCHA service provided by Google Inc. (Google). This query is used to distinguish whether the input is made by a human or is being misused through automated, mechanical processing. The query includes the transmission of the IP address and, if necessary, further data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose, your input will be transmitted to Google and used further there. However, your IP address will be truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service.
